Filling Products (Optional Station for
XtruMaster 04/05 only)
The soft ice cream is
transported into the extruding mould via a multi-ways distributor. A filling
unit fills cups/cone/dessert/ bon bon etc with ice cream. The filled ice cream
cups (cones) move into the freezing tunnel for hardening.

Horizontally
Extruding Products (Optional Station)
The
horizontally extruding unit is specified for stickless (with stick) ice cream
products. The soft ice cream is transported into the extruding mould via a
multi-ways distributor. A cutting unit is placed at the right side of the mould
to cut the pressed ice cream into pieces, and than the ice cream is directly
transported into the freezing tunnel for hardening. A pneumatic controlled
cylinder is positioned at the product-outlet of the freezing tunnel, it hammers
each plate to detach the ice cream product. After the detaching stage, the ice
cream products are transported into the next stage.

Twist and wave product
An
independent unit (VectorCake ) is connected to the XtruMaster through a
set of sensors and PLC system to achieve synchronization; a stick
inserting unit which is mounted on the XtruMaster assign the stick to
each wave or twist product before performing hardening
