VectorCup
Inline CUP/CONE Filling Machine is characterized by intermittent linear
motion with multi filling head. The machine is completely framed in
stainless steel. Only for special application, plastic and light anodized
alloy are used.
VectorCup
Inline CUP/CONE Filling Machine is professionally developed for the
production of cups and cones which allows easy access to each individual
station; which is particularly helpful for sophisticated products. This
machine is capable of filling single-/double-/triple-color ice cream and ice
cream mixing with chocolate or juice, with function of spraying chocolate on
the inside wall of cone, adding nuts and filling chocolate, and addition,
producing spiral ice cream.
All stations
are moved according to a set of signal generating cams located on the main
shaft moving through a step drive. Each station has a specially designed
pneumatic cylinder for the specific operation in order to obtain the ideal
movement.
The electronic magnetic system and E-command interface
allow perfect control of the total pneumatic system, with the ability to
store programs designed specially for each individual product. Changing over
to another product is made easy and quickly.
